I recently purchased a road glide and joined the Hog Ownership ... I am from south Texas.. About 2 miles north of the Mexico Border... I am interested being part of the lock and loaded chapter.. Can anyone help on some information..

Welcome to the family. Check with your dealer or tell us what town you are in we may be able to direct you to a chapter. Or since you are a member go to HOG.com and do a search. Ride safe.

The dealer where you bought you bike from may be a sponsor for the local HOG Chapter. Go on the dealership's web site and you might find some links to their Chapter. Can go the Harley Davidson website for information.

 

I do not believe there is a HOG chapter in south Texas with that name. I checked the nine closest chapters to you, including the one in Monterrey, Mexico and none list that name.

 

Edinburg = valley
One tough **** country to be ridin solo. Pack is the only advice I can offer til you meet a few brothers, and then still pack.

 

I ride all over Texas solo including along the border, it is not what you think. Don't pay so much attention to the media. OK, so they just decapitated three people in Piedras Negras across from Eagle Pass but they were competing cartel members. If you are not involved in the narco traffic you will be as safe as in any US city such as Miami (or Tampa?).
