Zodiac Wide-*** Swing Arm kit for adding a 240 on a Dyna Street Bob
Before beginning this project, I tried to find information online regarding the Zodiac Wide *** Swing Arm kits for mounting a 240mm tire, but there was not very much information out there so I wanted to create a thread on here in case there are others that might find it useful.
I began planning this project in November. Originally I had only planned on raking the front, but my wife nagged and nagged for me to put a wide rear tire. She obviously had no idea of what was involved in the project, thinking all I need to do is buy a wide tire. Now just shy of 10k into the project, my wife understands my initial hesitation. I think that what sealed the deal was after going to biketoberfest and seeing a lot of really sick bikes. Now, seeing the completion of the project in the near horizon, I wanted to start the thread and share some information.

Front end work completed first - Chopper Supply 18 degree rake kit
Rake kit went on with no issues. Kit included upper and lower trees, extended fork tubes, axle, wheel spacers, caliper spacers, brake line, and all hardware required. Kit uses your stock sliders and internals. Spacers needed to be made so everything lined up properly. The ones provided were off just a bit. I am assuming this is due to variations in wheels and hubs. The wheels I ordered from Randy at Southern Motorcycle Works. He was friendly and helpful. I also ordered new sliders in black.

Installing Zodiac Wide *** Swing Arm
After mocking up the new struts, they must be removed so the stock ones can be cut off.
Here are some pics of the swing arm installed, shocks installed, and mocking up the wheel, pulley, and caliper. Nothing is being set in place because the primary still needs to be offset and we are not sure of exact placement of wheel. Ill tell you, its all a tight fit!

Bike looks good, if I could make a suggestion, you should go for the matching brake rotors. I know they aren't cheap but to spend the money on the wheels and hide them behind stock rotors seems like a waste. The rotors are often overlooked or people talk themselves out of spending the extra money but they really complete the look of the custom wheels. Just a friendly suggestion.
here is a pic of mine as an example.
