This is a bad one. Kid drove into oncoming traffic, killing man on bike. I hate riding in Fayetteville. It can be absolute madness.

At least the driver has been charged. A lot of drivers get off after killing motorcycle and bicycle riders. Disgusting.

 

Justin Andrew Dunlap faces charges of misdemeanor death by motor vehicle, careless and reckless driving, and driving left of center. Dunlap was processed at the Cumberland County Detention Center where he remains on $100,000.00 secured bond.

Misdemeanor? Really? If it comes out that the driver was indeed texting, should be hung.

 

If alcohol had been involved it would be felony charges. That's our govt.
