Does anyone know of a place to buy Harley gift cards and pay with PayPal? I have some money on PayPal I'd like to put towards some stuff for my bike.

You can get a Paypal debit card and use it anywhere. There are no hidden fees to sue the card or let the money lie in your account dormant. I use mine to travel all the time.

Another option is transfer the balance in your PayPal account to your regular bank account.
