Do your maintenance regularly and tread it decent and you'll get many K's of trouble free miles with it..

mine.. 07 bought new and now 53k miles and the ""only"" issue I've had is the pin hole in the gas line...

"If it has **** or wheels, it's gonna give you trouble"

Found that to be true many years ago and it still is. As far as the TC goes, I did the cam plate upgrade on my '00 FLHTCUI at around 46K and the original shoes only had about 20% wear showing. Mine was a garage queen I purchased about 4 years ago with 24K on the clock. The previous owner didn't ride it that much, but took good care of it. Do the same for yours

As with any piece of machinery, do the proper maintenance in a timely fashion, and chances are it will reward you with many years of faithful service.

And I replaced my original shoes at 81,000 miles ( maybe a world record?) and installed gear drive cams at that time. The bike now has 155,000 miles on the clock and still runs like a top. (Mines another '00 model, with that excellent crank manufactured '99 to '02.)

Not The OP, but the rest of the HDForum, how many of us thought we had the perfect bike before we joined this HDForum? LOL How much has this Forum cost us in "keeping up with the Jones? I have a bunch of examples, but you do as well. Do not take this post too seriously, but give it some thought.

Seems to me the OP is looking for someone else to take his responsibility for him.

They acknowledge them... but they rarely do anything about it. The evo cam bearing issue has been known for years but they never did anything about it and will still sell you that same high speed INA bearing I bet.

That they do, IF they still have any Evo parts in stock. Fortunately, it's an easy work-around to use the correct cam bearing.
