I seriously considering selling my 2015 Ultra LOW

They can not assume it your dealer will handle a loan for the buyer once you find one.

Best thing to do is pay it off now, before the sale, so you will have a clean title in hand. If you are selling private party, that will get you more potential buyers.

If the buyer finances the bike, his lender will pay off HD and HD will mail the title to them. You can forget a cash sale until you have the title in hand.
