I purchased an standard wind shield for my 2015 Limited in medium gray. I received it in two days. Once installed there was an issue with the color faded out. I thought for $25 oh well right? I decided to give them a call on a Saturday ....... well Jim answered. Long story shortened, he replaced it (after I e-mailed a terrible picture of what was wrong) at no additional charge. Again received in two days and the second wind shield was perfect. This is an awesome display of customer service and I for one will direct as much business his way as I can. I am quite sure some big corporate pig would have just told me "for $25 what do you expect?"...but not Jim he cared and apologized profusely for something he couldn't have possibly known about due to protective covering. Thanks again Jim...
