I think the engine and transmission are worth close to the asking price. I don't think the right side drive trans would work in anything HD without serious mods, though.

Keep the motor sell the rest to someone. Or even a builder. Someone will buy the othe parts

 

You can buy a new motor for $7 grand. Trany is inexpensive. Have to sell rest cheap because it's not in demand stuff. Worth $8 grand tops for the work needed to part out and sell.
