I have a set of harley soft throw over saddle bags and want to mount them so they don't flop around but also be able to remove them to take with me easily and quick, I'm not sure what to use or do so any help would be great

 

Throw black rubber cabinet/drawer liner from Walmart over your fender. (protects your paint)
Throw the bags on top of the liner.
The bags should have loops, holes or attachment points on them.
Use long wire ties to run through the saddle bag loops to the bike to hold them.

Cut the wire ties when you arrive and pull the bags off like they were never there.
