Got home from work on Friday pulled into the garage put the kickstand down lean the bike over and down she goes, apparently i missed the kickstand

No damage to the bike had to call a buddy over to help pick it up it was too close to the work bench to do alone.

Tipped mine over in the grocery parking lot, I missed neutral and dropped 1st gear instead with the bars turned hard left,, all I could do was let it down easy!

yeah I'm guilty as well. I wonder what it would be like to drop a bike and nobody was around to see it.

Less embarrassing for sure, but if there are no witnesses, did it really happen?

Glad no injuries to you or the bike. I've about pulled my arm out of the socket a couple of times when things didn't go as planned.

1-2 years ago, pull into my newly resurfaced soft blacktop driveway. No problem I got a small block I set the sidestand on. And it is just out of my reach so maybe if I lean the bike over just a bit more to get it...................

I've ALWAYS physically looked down to make sure it's down and then, I tap it forward, to make sure it's all the way down. It's a habit now and one that I can live with.
