I have had a fuelpak on 2 different bikes and they perform really well. The bike runs smooth and is very responsive.

Fuel pack, xieds or powervision. Don't waste on a dyno...

Have used XIEDs and the original Fuelpak. It may have been all I needed but I knew I was leaving something on the table. Now running the Thundermax and it brought the bike to a new level, so I'm biased.
However, if you want to get the absolute most out of the motor nothing will beat a good dyno. Find the best dyno guy around and get whatever he uses as a tuning system.

If you are only planning on doing the intake and exhaust, the fuelpak, and if you want to add xieds, will be all you need. If you are planning on doing any internal engine mods, don't spend the money on a dyno because you will just have to do it again after you do the engine mods.

being old school,, I don't like to program my on motor tunes...

I am totally happy with my SERT tuner from Harley and the dyno I got 9 yrs ago.. Haven't had to touch or mess with it since then.. and it's been PERFECT....
