I just got a power vision and the handle bar clamp is too small to clamp on my 1.5 inch bars is there a company that makes a clamp with the ball attachment that will fit around my bars?

 

I would think RAM mount must surely have what you need.

 

How about using a fork mount turn signal bracket or clamp. They come in about 3 sizes. Then add a swiffle turn signal mount for making adjustments.
This is just a out of the box thought .
