You need to check out these, I have done a ton of research and I have a buddy that rides with these, and they are, I am sure exactly what you are looking for. Very well built.

How do they match HD LED headlights temp wise? The pics on the page make it look like they run a little yellow compared to the blue-ish hue of the HDs.

Go over to the BMW forum. Those technogeeks have researched this topic to death. However, they have come up with the best solutions. Many riders want one fog, one driving, with the fog aimed towards the shoulder.

The graphic display of the light pattern is indicating LUX density at a given distance not light color. There is little to no difference between these and the HD LED lights as it relates to color, light pattern however is a different story, the D4 setup is more commonly found on adventure bikes, where the rider is looking for lighting for both the sides of a trail and also needs a portion of the light to cut through the darkness in the distance, this is exactly what these lights do. (2) of the LED's in each light have a 40* prismatic lens for a wide pattern and (2) have a 10* reflector for the distance portion, best of both worlds. Like I said I have been researching this topic for some time and have found these lights are about the only thing that i have found that offer this feature. They are not offered in chrome, but they are a very nice looking build. I have not mounted these on my ride as of yet, I have seen the light pattern and color and it is worth every penny, I would however recommend that they be put on there own switch so they may be turned off when in traffic, they are blinding bright.

Was referring to this pic. The color caught my attention.

Compared to the stock image from HD:

I just don't want this on my bike:
