Default Wheel vice for HF lift?

Just finally picked up a Harbor Freight lift on sale for $299. I haven't even unpacked it yet but I am aware that almost everyone hates the wheel vice.

What are my replacement options?

Yeah the vise that comes with is a joke at best, give these guys a call pretty sure you get the vise separately fairly cheap. It's the same one I've been using about 10 years now with no issues , the Black Widow lift is the HF with a better vice.

Go back to HF and get the wheel chock.

Mine is fine. I put my RK in the vice and it stayed up on its own. I put straps on to make it solid, but the vice worked long enough to get the straps on.

I put a HF wheel chock on my lift (1200 Pro Max) but it's built a bit better than a HF table. I think I'd want to see a HF chock on a HF table. You're welcome to have my stock wheel vice for shipping.

Same as the one on the lift in that link I posted but seriously consider taking him up on that offer you'll have to do some drilling to arrange & mount it but you won't find a better clamp it's the one pro shop lifts use.

If you're serious, let's make it happen. I'll send you a PM.

That's very similar to the wheel vises on my Handy tables. Redline sells a similar vise for about $125. You're getting a hell of a deal.
