Default Help Electrical or wiring issue

Can't get bike to start. It's a 2001 lowrider. I thought it was the battery. Bought a new lithium ion battery. Put it in. Made sure it was fully charged with a multimeter. Head light and instrument lights come on. But no blinkers will work. I hit the break and no brake lights. Try to start it. Nothing. The speedometer back light comes on but not the speedometer. No miles per hour show up or trip meter.

Here's a video.

Are you sure you hooked up all the wires to your battery?

Sounds like the main power relay is not activated I am not real sure where it is on your bike but should be in on near the fuse panel.
