The new building is pretty(even though it now resembles every other harley shop in dfw) but Their service center is/was the most crooked excuse for a garage in all of Texas.
They ****ed up my bike on nearly every visit I ever made there, from routine maintenance stops to crash repair over the last 3 years. Supposedly they fired 95% of the staff and started fresh with the new building, but I still don't trust them.
Just last year they held my bike for 2 months "awaiting parts for repair" after an accident, and turns out, all it needed was a Handlebar clamp. They were ordering unnecessary parts, billing the insurance for them, and then selling them online.
Nevermind when my bike was nearly totalled in a 2014 accident, and after 3 months of "awaiting parts" they returned my bike to me with half the broken equipment still attached to it, and some of the hardware was never even tightened, my brand new saddlebags were hanging by a thread.
Another time I went in for an oil change, and they broke my engine temp sensor, when I returned the next day , they had the audacity to claim it was running shitty because I mustve had a Tuner screw with the ecm in the 18hours and 13miles since I had picked it up.
There's alot more, but you get the idea. I've only had one Good experience with them in 3 years, do not trust em.

Back in 2008 I had a 2002 Ultra Classic with high mileage that I was looking to trade in on a new Ultra Classic. My two local dealers would not even consider it. While I was down in Ft Worth a friend took me over to Texas HD. 4 hours later I drove away on a brand new 2009 Ultra Classic. No questions asked about the 2002. Just swapped the plate over and signed the papers. Great experience. I see it's now Adam Smith's Texas HD so I'm not sure if it changed hands in the last 7 years.
