Im putting vance and hines short shots on my 09 dyna fat bob. I got the exhaust, fuel pak programmer, and k&n high flow air filter otw. Am I missing any other crucial parts for the upgrade?

 

Sounds like you have it covered.

Just a couple of little things you might need/want;

exhaust gaskets (in case you don't want to reuse the old ones)
exhaust clips [snap rings] (just in case)
exhaust compression clamp(s) (depends on how old your current ones are)
torque wrench
wd-40
maybe a strap wrench (helps to remove mufflers)
K&N air filter oil

Will the exhaust gasket kit from jp cycles cover all the gasket parts I need. Comes with the graphite and wire gaskets, exhaust clips and flange nuts?

 

By exhaust clips I meant retaining rings

 

Sounds like that kit comes with most of it. The compression clamps aren't in the kit but I'm not sure the short shots need them

 

They don't. only clamps needed are for heat shields and they come with the exhaust. Basically all that's needed is exhaust gaskets.
