Was thinking of getting a wind splitter vented windshield for my new deluxe. I've always had traditional 18" for the classic but heard some good things about the the wind splitter. Dealer trying to talk me out of it, saying he's heard it will blow my sunglasses off and really pull the helmet up with the vent open. I'm told reduces some noise and turbulence and a bit of an updated look, shoots wind over helmet with vent closed?? Any thoughts, cannot be returned and a bit more expensive? Thank You!

 

I had one in my Fatboy Lo. I liked it a lot. Thought it worked really well. I'm 5'6" though.
