Well all I had to do was replace my tires. But you know, being a Harley and while I had the wheels off I might as well powder coat them. So, have pull the bearings, so have to buy a bearing puller. I looked at options, and even though the Heartland tool was more expensive I went with it as Heartland has a good rep. Well, pulled two bearings no problem, on the third bearing the collet popped out through the bearing; rounding the lip on the collet. So I contacted Heartland and asked for a replacement collet, even offered to pay for it. Heartland promptly send me a free replacement via UPS.

Excellent service, well worth the extra couple of bucks. New collet pulled the bearing fine, after a good dose of heat. It was pretty well stuck.
