does anybody know ho to get to the bolts holding the back of slip ons?just got freewheeler a couple weeks ago and workin on getting it how I want it.

 

have you tried using a pivot-headed-ratcheting wrench...it worked for my mufflers on a softail. I felt defeated before I knew such a tool existed.
