Default Street Glide buyers done good

I'm looking to buy a used Street Glide to complement the 2015 Limited and what has become very apparent is the difference in price in the used market between Ultras and Street Glides of similar age and mileage is very narrow compared to the difference when new. At least this is true in my area. Street Glides have a higher relative resale value and you have to be on your toes if a nice clean and well-priced unit comes on the market. Great for SG owners looking to upgrade or make a change.

Thats because Street Glides are for cool, badass young guys like me (age 66), and Ultras are for geezers, or young guys that need gps and bluetooth streaming for their stereo.

Glad my SG has GPS and bluetooth capabilities. Best of both worlds! But why did I buy lower fairings and a tourpak this winter for my SG? I'm so confused

A true statement if I ever heard one plus Street Glides are perfect for the new big front wheel, stretched bagger look.

Everyone loves the SG for some reason. I see guys who buy brand new SGS's and then bolt on lowers and a tourpak, auxiliary lights, and a fatter seat and laugh knowing they spent more to turn their street glide into a geezer glide than if they'd just bought the geezer glide to begin with.

I bought mine used and it came with the TP. At first I thought it would never be on the bike...and now it never comes off. Function over form and the TP makes riding in Colorado easier.
