How is Direct Cycle Parts to do business with ?

I was just noticing Direct Cycle has some pretty good pricing on Vance and Hines pipes. I've never done any business with Direct Cycle and was just wondering how good they were ? Any feedback is appreciated. Thanks !

I've done business twice with them. First order (small part, not real expensive) arrived without incident. Second transaction (a $1300 order - exhaust system and rocker box covers) didn't get sent out until I reminded them a month after the order was placed. Shipping status just remained as "pending PayPal confirmation." But payment had already been confirmed and withdrawn on my end.
When I emailed them and told them to get their @$$es in gear and send the order out ASAP or I would cancel, they gave me a line about the order having shipped, but getting lost or stolen, but never did produce proof of shipping as requested. In the end, they did send the parts out and I received them in good order, but not until about 1.5 months after the order was placed. I might order from them again on a "last resort only" basis. But I felt the line they fed me about the order getting lost was complete BS to try and cover their @$$ and to keep from having to apologize and come clean. Not a real smart way to do business, imo, but you may have a good experience with them. I would just say, proceed with caution or caveat emptor...

I went a head and placed my order for Vance and Hines 4" rounds. I got the persons name that took my order, he said should ship out today. I received a confirmation email that my order was placed this morning. He said I would also receive an email when it ships, I'm still waiting for that. I did get a really good price and hopefully I will also get good service.
