Default kickstand

Im currently in the process of building a hardtail. Do to running an open belt ,the traditional place of the kickstand will not work. I have heard of a clamp on style kickstand, this would allow me to move it to a more suitable area . Im having a hard time finding one any help? THANK YOU THANK VERY MUCH

Is there room on the starboard side? Ya gotta admit, that would be unusual.

Get a Ironhead Sportster kickstand & weld the tab on anywhere you want.

The frame has been has custom painted dont want to miess it up . Thats why i thought about the clamp on. The i can place it where it holds the bike up the best

First rule of custom bike building...NEVER paint anything until everything has been mocked up...I would not trust any "clamp on" kickstand as far as I could throw it...if you think installing a kickstand tab to the frame will mess up your paint...wait till your newly built bike falls over.

Good luck with your choice. Just paint the kick-stand orange and call it good!

Post a pic of the problem...I'm sure someone will give you a better solution.

I have seen hundreds of bikes with an open belt, and the stock kickstand.

clamp on kick stand? My head is trying to make sense of that sentence. I mean, I comprehend what each word means, just don't see how they all work together in the same sentence. But hey, it's your ride. I wish you luck.
