Default Red Rock Canyon
Took a ride today and it was pretty amazing standing off the road in the canyon itself. Enough words, time for pics!

Take 15 North to Valley Of Fire. Go all the way through and then follow Northshore Rd south through Lake Mead Rec Area. You can take that all the way to Hoover Dam or jump off at Leak Mead Blvd into North Vegas Lake Mead Pkwy into Henderson or split off into Boulder City. It is a 100-150 miles depending on where you start tracking from if you jump off at Lake Mead Blvd.
