Default 1991 Harley-Davidson FXDB-Sturgis... should I?

Not new to the site as I read alot on here. I have a couple bikes already but i have an opportunity to pick up a 1991 Harley-Davidson FXDB-Sturgis edition bike. It needs some work but is all original. Do you guys think this is something that might be worth a little something down the road?

Yes future collectible. Might take another 20 years but it will be on the list. Plus first year Dyna, I wouldn't mind having one in my stable.

Pics?!?!

I recall when that bike came out in 91. I was buying my 91 FXSTC and a close friend had one of the Sturgis models on order. That was one of the first sort of blacked out bikes I ever remember seeing. I'd score one if I had the chance.

Don't care for the Stugis model, but if one of these ever come up at a decent price, it's gonna be tough to say no.

I've only seen one up close and personal. Love the colors.

See them 4 sale for 7-9k...and they are selling at those prices. Yes..worth something...they already have started becoming collector models.

Go for it. A '91 Sturgis has more character than anything Harley is building today.
