Still trying to figure out how we didn't wreck! Anyone else have this happen to them? It felt like I was riding over rumble strips at first and as I slowed down the handle bars started to wobble back and forth! I had at least 20 cars go by and one bike who all never stopped to see if we needed anything! I thought biker law said you should stop for other bikes!

I think that's got more to do with cell phones than people not caring. I always stop just in case, but maybe 95 percent of the time the person has a phone and there's absolutely nothing I can do to help.

Only because you weren't there ? Before all the Walter Mitty's of the world turned harleys into the new disney land experience there was a very different breed who rode and we did take care of each other in a pinch because nobody else was going to. That and the heart of it are long gone today.

I used to stop all the time. Which can be a pain, in heavy traffic . 95% of the time they are smoking or on their phone , or already called for help. So put your helmet on the ground or tie a bandana to your handlebar, or at least wave.
Last time I stopped on I90 for a car that I witnessed a blow out on. When I started walking towards him, he backed up a hundred yards and drove down the exit ramp on a totally flat tire. I don't know if he was afraid of me, or scared to sit on a shoulder. But I didn't appreciate his bizarre response.
