Harley Street Flat-tracker
Got the message from the forum about this thing and didn't see an existing thread. Man, I have to say it is sexy!
If Harley would bust out some road legal bikes styled from this I think it could do well if marketed right.
I am excited to hear how these hold up under the demanding rigors of racing.
Now if they would just do a ADV bike maybe based around this it would be awesome. But no doubt too costly. I would want one just to screw with the other ADV riders I see on the road.

I don't think either the buell, which shares nothing in common or the Vrod, which is only similar in it's water cooled engine, are close to being the same thing.
This bike is significantly lighter with very good geometry. I know they had some initial issues that I bet Harley jumps on quickly and already has to a major extent. Now that they have committed it to a racing platform I bet they will be keeping on top of things.
My only complaint is the power issue and I am not one to care much for power but they aren't going to compete well in that field. Well, I guess I don't really care for the look of the stock Street either.

Yeah, it was news a couple weeks ago. The reason you didn't see a thread on it is because it scrolled off to page 5.
