Narrower rider backrest pad?

Narrower rider backrest pad?
I have the below style riders backrest on my Limited.
Does anyone know of a narrower backrest pad for this type, like about 1/2 the width?

when I made my custom Pillion/Backrest seat.. I took the stock pillion seat,, Cut it down and had an auto trim shop re-do the cover for a fraction of the cost of a new pillion seat would cost me..
