Default harley dyna wide glide 2005 stolen

well...i had my bike for 13 days...and got stolen at work last night....I quess they have cameras, but will not be able to access them till Monday..i just added the bike to insurance company, they called, and said since I just added it..it raised a red flag...not sure why, doing everything legal...geico....now I am not sure if I am going to buy another Harley,, it would probably be stolen at work again...and I live in a aparmtment complex..maybe to risky

Sorry about the news but how, where and when has a lot to do with thefts. Sadly your proximity to Mexico means recovery may not happen..
Once you see a video, look for a white van and 2 guys loading it in the back.
PHX is prime area for thefts due to the long riding season and copious amounts of bikes.

Sorry about your bike. You must be pissed. I stopped driving mine to work worried someone will be scoping it out to steal it.

Maybe you should invest in a LoJack since you live/work in a high risk area.

never thought of the low jack....did not know this was going to be a problem....i quess if i get another.....something has to be done...maybe heavy duty chain with lock....low jack...thanks all.....this inusrance thing is going to take a long time , i can tell

Sorry to hear this but don't see how insurance company can refuse to give you a payout unless they can prove something shady on your part.........
....which they can't I'm sure.

Good luck dealing with them and hopefully the video will reveal who the lowlife scumbag(s) is (are).


Don't let that keep you from buying another bike.
Stuff happens.

I put 2000 down on the bike. probably will not recover that....also, low jack is no longer selling to motorcycles...just checked them out
