Default Heritage bags...leather conditioner

I'm wondering what product other Heritage owners use on their leather bags to keep them looking good.

I have a small container of Harley's leather treatment "goo" but I feel that it's too sticky and "waxy" to use on the bags. Used the stuff on the bags once when I first got it...didn't like how it went on then and am not going to use it again.

I'm thinking that some type of leather lotion type product would be more appropriate on the bags.

Thanks for any input.

I use Lexol on my RKC leather bags, it works great. I just apply a coat of it every time I wash the bike, only takes a minute.

There are a lot of other good products out there as well but Lexol is readily available, even wally world has it.

+1 on Lexol. Cheap and easy to use. I do it once a month, takes 5 min. Spray all over, thin towel to rub in. Done.

I use Lexol as well. They make a cleaner and a conditioner. Very inexpensive. You can get a bottle of each at Oreilly's auto parts and probably a bunch of other places.

I found the same with the Harley goo. Bickmore makes good stuff, I use Bick 5 in a spray bottle but its spendy compared to Lexol.

I've used lexol for 12 years and it's good but nothing special.

I never used it on saddlebags, but it's amazing on my jacket and chaps.
