Default Opinions on seat brands ??

Looking for opinions on seats for a 2016 Street Glide. I want a solo seat. I am 6' tall, and want a low ride, set back seat. Had a LaPera Daddy Long Legs on my last bike and was pretty satisfied with it, but would like to explore other options. Let me know what y'all think.

I just put a Danny Gray Big Seat solo on my 07 SG. Sits you low for sure, moves you back maybe and inch or two, looks good, a bit hard at first but like all leather products they break in and soften up over time.

I put a Corbin on my Electra Glide over the winter. Of all the bikes I've had, I've never had a seat that allowed big miles without any burn like this Corbin. That thing is magic.

I like my Corbin Classic Solo on my low rider. Most comfortable seat for the long haul I've ever had. Some say they are too hard but they eventually shape themselves to fit your ***. Will be buying one for my Road King.

Default Corbin

The best seat I've ever ridden on, and I have about 6 other seats on my garage shelf collecting dust. Corbin is worth every dollar for long haul rides.

I had a Danny Gray Buttcrack. It was a POS. The 'notch' used to align/hold the seat on the bike was cut off-axis so the nose of the seat was kicked-out to the right about 1/2". Looked like hell. I called Danny Gray customer service about it, to report the QA problem, and hoping they'd tell me they'd make it right, e.g., swap me seats, or let me send that one back for 'repair'... No concern on their part. They could have cared less... Moral to the story: Steer clear of Danny Gray. Too many good names, Mustang, Corbin (two I've owned) out there, to mess with an outfit that's unresponsive to your adverse experience with their product. Not to mention, the thing was essentially a POS in the first place.

MY seat favorites are Mustang and then Danny Gray. For ME all others are second rate. Corbin is to hard. LePera is to uncomfortable compared to others. I had a Saddleman once and I kept it for about a week. All stock seats pretty much suck comfort wise for me. The optional HD seats aren't much better than stock. A good Mustang is a way better seat. A friend once said to me that HD makes motorcycles, not seats. You asked for opinions, and now you have mine. Seats are a very personal choice. What I think is a great comfortable seat may get a different opinion from YOUR back side.
