Leans left with no hands
Hey Everyone.
So after some searching around it seems this somewhat has been discussed before but threads were older or a little different. I was riding my 2015 street Bob and took both hands off the bars to test for alignment since I'm in that new bike phase where you want to make sure all is good. The bike wants to lean left, as if it's heavier on the left side. It then will start to drift to the left. It did this about 80% of the time, as sometimes letting go of the bars with my body perfectly in the right position it would stay completely straight.
It doesn't pull left or anything, just will lean in that way most of the time if hands taken off. The dealer checked rear wheel alignment a month ago when I had a fender issue and it checked out ok. Tire wear seems normal. Doesn't really bother me unless it indicates something is wrong or is limiting performance or doing damage.
Cue the liberal jokes.

Friend of mine had that same problem. Dealership checked the alignment, they checked the brakes, they checked the wheels, they checked the swing arm, they checked the front forks, they supposedly checked everything you could possibly check and finally came up with a cause. "The rider is not properly positioned on the seat."
