Default OEM Bolt Replacment for Covers - Rocker, Cam, Lifter Block

Hi, Installing cams on a 2011 RKC. The cover bolts (rocker, cam, lifter block... ) are all heavily oxidized with some having rust on the thread body. I would prefer to clean and reuse them and not spend money on bolts. But, cleaning them up and removing what little protection they have left is not a good idea in the long term.

My question is, where can I source cover bolts other then from hd. I prefer not to use ss or chrome bolts as they can introduce complications. ie galling, change of tq values, rust... Unless of course, you guys convince me otherwise.

I got some bolts from Diamond Engineering the last time I had my top end apart. Nice units, but expensive.

Galling usually only occurs with "like" metals. If galling becomes a concern, then maybe using wet threads can be a solution. Becareful of add'l torque loads with wet threads as over stretching can occur.
