Well had some fun on the Vic Vegas but it was just lacking something that HD has......Soul and sound and the (feeling)
I've gone back to a FXDL and im happy with my decision

yup, victory's are nice, but they don't have the same feel or sound as a Harley. Enjoy your new bike. Tim

likewise, I wouldn't mind a Victory Gunner but they just don't have the history.

Harley has been living off their "lifestyle" for many many years now. I looked at Victory and Indian, both owned by Polaris which knows what they are doing when it comes to building "recreational" vehicles. Great bikes but I bought a Harley, and so did the wife. Could not be happier. Something about them is just different in just the right kind of way.... Welcome back to the family! Ride safe.

Remember when Gunny Ermey was doing Victory's commercials and said "Ride one, and you'll buy one"? Well, he was wrong. I rode one. Several, in fact. Decent enough bikes, but missing a certain something.

Haven't ridden an Indian yet, though...

Welcome back mate. If one ever owns a Harley it's just a matter of time till they come back.
