Dealer dropped my bike

Dealer dropped my bike
So today I took my 2016 Low Rider S into a local dealer to have them replace the headlight bucket under warranty. The left side of the mounting bracket cracked in half.
After a couple hours I was wondering what was taking so long and the service manager asked me to come into his office and closed the door.
That's when he told me that the technician had accidentally dropped the bike. Dent in my tank, scratched mirror, and scratched clutch lever.
He apologized profusely and is bending over backwards to make it right.
We bought this bike as a memorial for my mother in law who passed very suddenly earlier this year. After the new year I was going to get "in loving memory" pin striped onto it. Well he is going to fix the damage and get what I wanted air brushed with clear coat.
Also going to cover the next service (10K) and also set me up with a rental until the repairs are completed.
So my wife and I have always said that it is not how a business treats its customers when everything is going perfect, but how they handle the bad situations. I have to say, while I do wish it hadn't happened, I think they are stepping up and treating me right.
Attached are pictures of the damage and the rental. 2017 Road King with the Milwaukee 8 motor.

Ive been to Sweetwater a few years ago when we lived in San Diego. Good people there.
In more recent news, I picked up my bike one night after it was serviced. I noticed the next day, in the bright sunshine, that there was a 3 inch scratch on the saddle bag that was not there when I dropped it off. I brought it in and they offered to replace the saddle bag, which they did. Took 30 days to order, but they fixed it with a smile. That's at Lane Splitter HD in San Jose. Bought my most recent bike there and have been going there for service over the past year - three services so far. Good people there, too.
