Automated driving will be the future.

There will be few fans of actual driving, gear shifting and doing "doughnuts" or "wheelies".

So to protect motorcycling, motorcyclist need to band together into a coalition as powerful as the Calif Bicycle Coalition.

The AMA and others just aren't doing "it"....so where do we go?

 

Sad to say but I think the roads with be safer with these driverless cars.

The amount of idiots behind the wheel either being distracted or driving like a douche is mind boggling. Around here police revenue would go up 2000% if they just sat at lights and gave people tickets for running them. Red lights mean let 3 more cars go through. People should be stopping on yellow if safe.

 

I ride surrounded by self driving Google cars in Chandler AZ all the time. Saw one avoid a downed tree branch at night during a storm, was very impressed. I believe the only Google car that has been in a accident out here was when someone was driving it manually.

Whadya mean? From what I've seen, the roads are already filled with no one behind the wheel.

Yep, I see them every day. Their office is a block or two away from mine.
