Default Light issue

I just installed new risers, I have fron markers and tail light, but I have now break or turn signals, what did I miss.....???

Are you saying that the rear running lights are not on? If that's the case then its supposed to be that way. They will only light up when you use your turn signals. Unless you have the converter that keeps the lights on all the time.

Default Light issues

Yes I know the REAR only come in when flasher ingauged I have FRONT markers and rear tail light but NO front OR rear turn signals and NO break light

I'd check all the connections. You were putting risers on which could have pulled your flasher connection loose which is probably under the tank. Check fuses too.
