Default Meaning of handkerchiefs on handlebars?
What exactly is the meaning of guys having handkerchiefs tied to their handlebars? Does it mean that they survived an accident?

Generally it's for Club identification.Different clubs obviously have different Colors.

Truckers fix them to the mirror stalks so that when they flap around it cleans the mirrors!

I figured it was just storage of the bandana when they weren't wearing it on their head. My question is what does the neoprene coozie attached to the fork mean?
