BRAKE SQUEAL SITUATION
I had posted about a brake squeal problem I am having.I have the Lyndall ZBrake Pads and the HD floating rotors the bike is 900 miles old.I started getting a rear brake squeal it starts after the bike warms up or after riding it for about 30 min and not every time I press on the rear brakes.I tried cleaning the rotors with
brake cleaner still squeaks. Why only after the rotors warm up?? What can be done there fairly new and it just started I thought the Z brake pads are not supposed to squeak.

RE: BRAKE SQUEAL SITUATION
MAX, recheck yourself by checking out the do-it-yourself under Clean/Install Brake Pads & Calipers and do it all if you have left any step out. Do what Candy Azz told you to do also. If you have a stuck piston or if the piston(s) are not retracting fully fix it. Your bike is the same as any other bike out there in the end. It should and will not squeak either when you or we get done. If you can not get the problem solved, than first call your vendor who you bought it from. If no positive results are realized, call me toll free and on my dime. No, you did not buy them from me, no problems here. I love this stuff & is what I do. I do live EST. You do have the best pads out there and you need to fix your stuff to make it work properly. I hear this stuff all of the time & the cure is always at hand. I usually ends with: “Damned, why did I not think of that?”
