Default New models disappointing?

Sadly, to me, they are. I was told by my dealer that "big changes" were coming in 2011. What changes? Seems like the same ol' same stuff, but in a different year. Some of the new paint colors are putrid, too. Innovation, technological advancement, and daring design must be nonexistent at the MoCo - "LONG LIVE THE RELIC!" must be their motto. I'm sure that there will be plenty of cool new t-shirt & jacket designs coming our way, though. In the mean time, the German, Italian, and Japanese design engineers certainly won't be losing any sleep over this year's "crop" coming out of Milwaukee...

OK, I've Flippen had it with people like yourself. It has two wheels and has been in production for over a hundred years. WHAT would you have the designers do? I guess if you had nothing to BITCH about you would have nothing to do, GET a life. Have a nice day.

TFTCAR .......Totally agree with you .... as for cruzinlow your right they have been in production for over a 100 years ...... so lets get with the 21st century ..... Harley-Davidson read the post's that people type ..... listen to the people ...... if you go to the shows then open your eyes see what's happenin cos i can tell ya there are more people on this forum with a feel for custom than any of the planks in the MOCO ....And whats more anybody who thinks they are doin a good job is just as bad in their assumption they have there finger on the pulse cos they dont

The Road Glide Ultra costs about as much as my RG did, by the time I got done Ultra-izing it. Plus 103" instead of 88", six-speed and gallons versus five. Plus, my lowers aren't vented, 40W isn't 80W, I don't have a built-in CB and Intercom.....

And, right now, my wrecked Road Glide is sitting awaiti g an estimate. Timing isn't bad.......
