Hey everybody, I have a 1200 Nightster and wanna put some pipes and was thinking of some black Vance and Hines Sideshots. My question is whether or not these pipes would decrease my bikes power at all. Wouldnt wanna sacrafice some power for sound.

 

They will add somepower and the sound is worth the price alone, I just put on Vance & Hines short shots on my 08 Nightster oh yes now it sounds like a Harely....

 

in combination with the A/C and a reconfiguration of your ECU (several options to do this) these pipes will not only sound sick, but they will increase your performance noticeably.

 

Friends nightster sound meaner than mine w/ those pipes I had to take my baffles out to compensate
