WOW! Talk about fast customer service. I sent an email to Harley Goodies at about 11:00 p.m. tonight (Mountain time) and got a response in less than 30 minutes. Now that's GOOD customer service!

I purchased the floorboard extensions for my Heritage before it got really cold this winter and only tried to put them on a week or so back. I'm not that good at the mechanical stuff, though I do enjoy doing some of it, and these extensions were just stumping me. So I asked for a bit of help and got a nice new diagram with some decent instructions. Now back to garage to see if I can figure this thing out before the next weekend.
