Lenale Parade fan results
This is what I have found using the parade fan from Lenale, I have had it installed sence mid winter.
I have tested it in weather from 60 degrees to 85 degrees, sitting still riding slow and normal riding.
As I stated befor the horn that came with it rates a zero.
Sadly so does the fan. At no time did the fan reduce engine temps. It just can not move enought air to over come the BTU's of heat coming off that big V twin.
I gave this thing a good honest try, I wanted it to work.
At the end of todays testing my bike looked real cool I had REAL FLAMES coming from it. The fan motor caught fire. It was not a short it was the fan it's self. No damage to bike

That cool looking crome fan is now in the box of bad ideas on the left side of garage.
All temps were taken from 5 spots with the same gun.

Thanks for the review. \\; Since I deal with Chicago traffic at times, I was considering the LeNale fan. \\; I was hoping it would help cool the motor in the stop and go traffic.

I know my Hd would be ok with out it but was hoping it could help a bit when idling a long time. A fan that size just can not move enought air to do anything .
And as you already figured out they do not stand behind the product. So live and learn.
Even Milwaukee traffic sucks nowdays

We have never had anyone claim our product did not perform as we have stated. Our product has been independently tested by managers at Harley with praising results and is also sold at Harley dealers. We did our own testing in the Nevada desert at 115 degree heat with excellent reports. We have customers that are repeat buyers for years and our fan is the first option they install whenever they buy a new bike. LeNale Engineering is a service disabled small business and we take a lot of pride in our product. Many police departments put them on there bikes as standard equipment. We have only ever had one that overheated and that was because the customer rewired the plug and plugged it into the wrong connector causing the motor to run at a fraction of the designed speed and eventually causing the motor to short out.
