Bad experience with Puerto Rico Harley Davidson Dealer

Who can tell the email of where and who in HD I can send an email of the bad experience we in Puerto Rico are receiving from this only Harley Davidson Dealer.

Well, in rare occasions the have items in stock.&nbsp\\; When you order something, almost all the time, at the delivery day, they tell you that the items is in back order.
&nbsp\\;
They abuse with customer because they are the only one in the Island.
&nbsp\\;
And without mattionen the problem all of us have when servicing our bikes.
&nbsp\\;
We need competition in the Island.
&nbsp\\;
I'm verey sure that if Harley Davison conduct a customer satisfaction survey, they are going to find out what is happening.

I know a lot of bikers that buy other bikes for the only reason, that they don't want to deal with this dealer.

Tough situation when they are the only dealer on the island.Do you have any independents there?

Well, the only alternative we have is to order from a dealer or an independe for the USA.&nbsp\\;&nbsp\\; this is what we are doing but franklly what I want to do is that everybody know what is this dealer problems.

Yes, it is very unfortunate that Motor Sport is the only authorized Harley Dealer in Puerto Rico. I am from Puerto Rico, although I reside in Orlando, Florida I go back and forth to the island and dealing with them is a pain in the butt. The owner, who's Cuban doesn't even ride a motorcycle! The other thing is, if you are going to have a motorcycle dealer in specific a Harley dealer do not also sell yamaha motorcycles and jet skis. Their service sucks, the only one I would let work on my bike is Jose Canaan of Canaan Harley Performance. He is a certified Harley mechanic and is one, if not the best Harley mechanic right now in Puerto Rico and possible the entire Caribbean. But, I would go ahead and write Harley Headquarters an e-mail or a letter letting them know that Motor Sport sucks. The only other thing is that Motor Sport has exclusive rights to sell Harleys in Puerto Rico, so that's why there are no other Harley dealer could be open.
