Default How do you attach patches to a leather jacket?

maybe this is a stupid question, I know you can have someone sew them on but not many sewing machines can do that. I contacted my local sewing center, they said thier machines couldn't do it. I called a leather shop and they said they could hand sew them on for a very high price.
Is there a product out there like some kind of glue? I know of "Patch Attach" but that doesn't work on leather, so the instructions say.

With all you Harley guys out there, someone must have an answer.

Jeff

Why not go out and purchase a leather sewing kit and thread and sew it on yourself? How hard can it possably be?

I pay for a small tailor shop to hand sew it on and I pay about $30. Don't know what kind of cost you're being quoted but shop around.

I too use the local shoe repair shop and he gets $5 for a single patch, 2-5 at $4 each and 6 and more at $3 each.

Any upholstery shop, if they are willing, can sew them on leather for you....
