Smile Storage Options

Greetings all,

Living in the Northeast like I do, Wintertime is currently making its way to us.. but will enjoy the riding time I have left.

I do not have a garage, so looking at some motorcycle shed options and I'm finding a shed by a company called Speedway that seems to get good reviews.

Wondered if anyone has had experience with this type of shed or any good recommendations for something that is along the same lines (can break it down if necessary with minimum effort/etc...)

Have a great long weekend all!

Get an enclosed trailer or rent a storage garage for the winter.

A used 5X10 trailer should run you under $2K.
In my area a 10X15 storage garage runs around $65 month.

Thanks Bluraven, I wish they were that cheap here, as that is the direction I would go. Typically I have seen at least $125/month, hence the DIY or purchase route.

I will take a look at enclosed trailers, as that is an option I have not explored yet..

Cheers!

Just out of curiosity, do you have a friend that has a garage that would let you store your bike in it?

Our dealer will store a bike free if you spend $300 on parts or service. Does you company have a garage or warehouse?

Are you in a house or apartment? Do you plan to do any riding over the winter?
Check warehouses and parking garages if they have a small out of the way corner they can let you have for a small fee. But then you have to worry about theft and damage. Do you belong to a HOG chapter - ask around if someone has room in their garage.
How about those POD things they bring to your house and you fill it and lock it?
