My Grandpa was a racer and jet engine mechanic. He always used it and I learned from him. So yes I use it and swear by it.

My Dad uses it in the gas tank of his bike now and then and also in his airplane. I tried it in my '05 EGC and never had any trouble with it. Didnt notice any difference in how it ran but maybe it cleans up the valves and fuel injectors a bit? I used like 2 ounces per tankful at fill-up.

Have used with success to quiet a noisy valvetrain. Typically the only fuel additives I'll use are Techron and Seafoam, but I'll give it a shot in the tank some day. Also use it to 'summerize' our snowmobiles - pull the plugs, couple drops in each cylinder and a few cranks to keep the oxidation off the cylinder walls.

I was turned onto it back in the late 80's by a friend who drag'd 8 second Harleys. He swore by it!
Never used it in my Ultra - but have in every other bike I've owned.
I could always feel a kick in performance.
Have no idea what it is?

Wow. Mystery Oil... brings back memories. I used to use it, but haven't for a long time. The pitch used to be that it had molybdenum in it and would create a slippery surface in engine applications. I see they have a website -- http://www.marvelmysteryoil.com/ don't know what their story is now.

It's snake oil for internal combustion engines.

I've used it to free up old motors. Something my dad taught me. Any time an engine had sit for a long time (years) we'd pour some in each spark plug hole and let it sit overnight before trying to turn it over by hand.

I have been using Seafoam for years, put in a can with a full tank of gas and it cleans it out real nice like. They say you can use it in the crankcase, but never have.
