Default Bed Roll up front

Wife and I rode to the beach today. Took the mexican blanket, rolled it up and tied it to the apes.
Man, it works unexpectedly great as a partial windblock. (no windshield here until the rain comes back)
Saw this lots in old pics, Easy Rider movies etc, but it actually works.
Learn something new everyday.

I have a tube shaped handlebar bag - works the same, looks about the same - offers a little bit of extra storage, which always comes in handy because every time we do a run or go for a ride, it seems we end up buying a bunch of stuff.

WE have the big Harley bag now, along with the old saddlebags.
I could use another bag for my stuff though.

I was surprised at how it deflects the wind. I guess all the ones that came before knew some tricks!

I use a roll bag on the bars for long trips. It works great.
