Default Road King Pinstripe Position Opinions?

Last night I took some vinyl line tape out and began messing around with finding a decent line for some potential pinstriping. I figured I would start with a line running the majority of the length of the bike first and look at the fenders at a later date.

What do you folks think of the tape line I ran from tank to bag? I will probably run either a single red pinstripe or red & grey parallel stripes.

Well , you asked, so here goes, IF you were cutting the colors i half with a pin stripe, THAT might work, BUT ( for me) just a single OR double pin strpe, along those lines, would look awkward( again TO ME) BUT that Said, ITS YOUR BIKE do what pleases YOU. WHO am i, ( or we) to say what you'll like.

Not insulted at all, mate. I'm looking for opinions.

What makes the line make it feel awkward?

I kind of like the idea. But have to agree it may make a little more sense if you were 2-toning it.

i'd lose the vinyl and look for a good striper at the next rally that comes to town...theyll make your bike look like something you really want and give it a bit of a personal touch depending on your tastes...

otherwise...its your bike...have a ball with it...

You could post a good, sharp, complete pic of your bike in the photoshopping forum here and ask for some ideas. Some of the folks there might try some ideas on it.

Well, the vinyl tape is just there for a visual guideline. It will be removed and not the final product.
