Ok, I bought the rack so I’ll answer the questions myself. Its 11” wide and 12” deep. The Kuryakyn grand tour bag fits nice on the rack. I will buy another set of quick release side plates so I can switch back from my stock sissy bar to my small sissy bar. Here are some pictures.

Nice! Looks like a great fit. Is that the large passenger backrest pad you've got? The luggage wraps around it just fine it appears? Have you had any shifting when under way on the road?

My girlfriend and I took a ride to the white mountain NH this past weekend. The luggage rack and Kuryakyn grand tour bag both worked great. I really liked the grand tour bag.

Hey mate,

I just have a question about the rack, I'm looking at getting one myself and just wanted to know ho it attaches to the sideplate, the catelogue states that you need a detachable sideplate for my type of bike, does that make sense to you?

Cheers,

Stuart.
